Vitamin A is the common name of a whole group of fat-soluble retinoids, including retinol, retinal, and retinyl esters, which are really very effective in resisting skin aging. But if you are not using this yet, I recommend starting with over-the-counter retinol cream as it’s much weaker than prescription-strength retinoid cream, such as Retin-A, and it’s less harsh for your skin.]]></description>
